SanCha is a technology platform that utilizes artificial intelligence to provide healthcare guidance, triage, and administrative support. SanCha is not a licensed medical provider. The Platform facilitates connections between users and licensed healthcare providers (hospitals, clinics, labs, and pharmacies).

Our AI assistant provides information based on internationally recognized clinical standards, but it is not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a minor, you represent that you are the legal guardian or have the authority to act on their behalf.

4. User Accounts & Waitlist

By joining our waitlist, you agree to receive communications from SanCha regarding our launch and service updates. You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and maintaining the confidentiality of any future account credentials.

5. Medical Records & Data

SanCha takes the security of your medical data seriously. We utilize military-grade encryption and maintain compliance with HIPAA, SOC 2, and FERPA standards. Your medical records are only shared with healthcare providers you explicitly select for care coordination.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users are prohibited from:

• Providing false medical information.
• Attempting to circumvent the Platform's security measures.
• Using the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Interfering with the operation of the AI assistant or Partner Portal.

7. Limitation of Liability

SanCha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform or any medical advice provided by partner clinicians through the Platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SanCha operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
